• Fear is likely to settle here
• When trauma or blocks from the past are released, both the physical and emotional bodies are brought into balance
• Colour varies depending on the emotional disposition of the person at that time

The Mental Body

• Located at approximately 12 inches (30.5 cm) from the physical body and extends another 12 inches (30.5 cm) further
• Houses the activity of the conscious and subconscious mind and is where thought processes are developed and belief systems are formed
• By shifting perception, thought patterns and belief systems, healing takes place where imbalance has manifested in the physical body
• Colour is most often seen as yellow

The Astral Body

• Located at approximately 3 feet (1 meter) from the body and extends up to 4 feet (1.2 meters) further
• Separate from the physical body and is known as the energy body used for astral travel (out of body experiences) or the spiritual essence for travel to higher realms
• Allowing this to happen may bring great insight for acknowledgment of our capabilities and the possibilities in life

The Causal Body

• Found about 4 feet (1.2 meters) from the physical body
• Houses memories of this life as well as past lives
• Healers can access this level of fine energetic vibration to bring about positive insight that affects present day life.

The Spiritual Body

• Extends several feet (1.5 meters) from the body
• Is the essence of our totality or higher self
