This is a prime time to ease into the season of letting go of the old and creating a strong foundation to prepare for the new. It’s hard to focus on the new when there is old stuff still in sight. Like your backyard – it’s time to clean up and create a strong foundation for your overall health; mind, body and soul.

If you’ve allowed the energy of conversations and events in your life to hold you back, this is your opportunity to align your energy, tune up your outlook and enhance what you’ve been given.

If you’ve been held back by what others are telling you, you will learn how to identify with your unique self to realize your truth. What you hear from others are their perspective only and you are shown how to create your own beliefs about yourself.

During the summer months we tend to be more care free and it’s challenging to let that go as we move into the time of year that demands more structure. But you can keep the warmth of the season with you as you learn how to use your energy in more productive ways.

Learn how to prepare your body for the cooler climates so you detour around the dis-ease of stress and glow in perfect health with a clear mind and vibrant body. You have the power to keep yourself healthy and you will learn tips and techniques to listen to your needs and take care of yourself.

Learn how to wrap up the old emotional energy and decide it’s time to move on. Connect with your higher self and tune into the vibration of your vision in life. Allow yourself to dream and you allow yourself to create.

Learn how to protect yourself from feelings of overwhelm and feeling less than as you create a new take on who you are. You find your truth when you go inside. Now is the time to create the stillness and let go of whatever holds you back.

Return home feeling refreshed and energized, clear and calm. You will awaken to your lessons and know you are wise as you understand what has been laid out for you. It’s no accident that the same kind of people keep showing up in your life or the same kind of things keep happening to you. It’s time to learn the lessons and move on to greater things.

Comfort yourself with the self care techniques that are essential when stress and busyness take over your day. Learn how to schedule time for yourself and stick to the program.

Prepare for the coming months so you know you have done the work to expand into the new year.

You arrive at the retreat mid afternoon for orientation and a healthy dinner followed by free time to relax. An evening of blissful relaxation techniques to prepare you for a restful sleep.

Morning awakens with yoga and tea in the healing room and time to open up with an intention setting meditation for the weekend.

Group healing sessions and walks to the beach with free time to reflect or rest make up your day as you let go of tension and stress that get in the way of your truth.

Surrounded by nature overlooking the inlet waters, you feel the connection to ground yourself and create a strong foundation for your future.

On the third day you leave behind the energy of what you brought and return home feeling light and free to be yourself. Re-energized and centred with new patterns in place, you are clear in your mind, light in body and inspired in your soul.

BC Ferries run daily from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale with sailing time of approx 40 minutes, then a 40 minute drive to the retreat.
