Self Hypnosis

Many Therapists say that all hypnosis is self hypnosis. Being able to achieve a deep level of hypnosis requires the participant to relax enough to allow their critical mind to step aside giving access to their subconscious mind. Whether you have a guide to help you achieve this state or you are able to achieve it on your own, self hypnosis is a tool that can be used to accomplish goals and create change. Your actions come from your subconscious mind and you can learn how to program yourself to create the action you want. Self hypnosis is basically creating a visualization of your goal while in a deep state of relaxation. If you can bring in the feelings associated with accomplishing your goal as if you already have it, you are programing your mind to take actions toward that goal. Your mind automatically takes you down the path to create that goal.
