Spring Blossoms

Vancouver spring blossoms are early this year starting early March and continuing into April. They bring a wonderful fragrance to our evening walks and brighten grey skies with the anticipation of warmer weather ahead.

The contrast of blue blue sky with the various shades of pink and white gives the artist the inspiration to compose and create. What a lovely atmosphere through the streets in our neighbourhood with the overhanging blooms of colour.

They last only so long and with each passing day the streets fill with small piles of pink. We hope for calm weather, wishing for just a few more days of the magical atmosphere the blossoms bring.
